A daring motorcyclist caused a stir at a Launceston McDonald's, leaving shocked customers in awe and employees in distress. The incident unfolded as part of a series of reckless driving incidents, with the rider performing stunts and leaving skid marks on the restaurant floor. Around 10 p.m. on Friday, police received reports of a motorcyclist driving dangerously in the car park of Dan Murphy's on Bathurst Street in Launceston. Shortly after, the same rider was spotted driving into the McDonald's restaurant on Goderick Street in Invermay, where they performed stunts before exiting. A store employee described the motorcyclist's behavior as dangerous and disruptive, noting that he performed a 'donut' maneuver, leaving skid marks on the restaurant floor. The employee also mentioned that the rider rode around the car park, narrowly missing a parked car. Fortunately, the tire marks were washable and could be removed from the restaurant floor. Thankfully, no one was injured during either incident. The police described the motorbike as green and black, with the rider wearing a blue helmet at the time of the incidents. Authorities are urging anyone with dashcam footage or other video evidence of the motorcycle to come forward as they continue their investigation into the dangerous behavior.
